criteria to cast a vote

Our new generation in Pakistan who wanted to change the fate of this nation and wanted to follow the right path seems to be angry with the political system. They understand what is happening is all wrong but now they have stopped talking and discussing it and it seems as they have concluded that nothing will get change. Nothing will improve else it will be worst with each passing day. In 60 years what we have achieved. We are following the same wrong path….have we the right to live in a democratic country or no?
Another election is coming. Same faces and same promises and worst is that people are there to believe these politicians one more time who were never sincere to Pakistan and they will never. Politicians are playing with the help of media with those people fate who never understand how these politicians and media are using them for their interests.
Some time ago it was a good decision to allow only those politicians to sit in parliament who are graduates and slight improvement is there. But I believe that we need to make some more strict rules for the casting of vote also.
I think there should be some criteria to allow only those voters to cast a vote that has at least metric level education. I am not questioning the maturity and abilities of those who are not educated because I believe that only education is not a proof if one is mature and able to take right decision. But still it will make a difference.
